Scan Steels Ltd allots 80 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Scan Steels Ltd at its meeting held on October 14, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 80,00,000 warrants convertible into equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to Other than promoters for cash at an Issue Price of Rs. 50/- each (including premium of Rs. 40/- each).

The Board also approved the listing of Equity Shares of the Company at National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) subject to necessary compliances as may be required by NSE in this regard.
