Future Retail Ltd raises Rs. 750 crores through NCDs

The Committee of Directors of Future Retail Ltd at their meeting held on October 14, 2015, has considered, approved & allotted of 7,500, 10.10% Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of Rs. 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs. 750.00 crore, on private placement basis.

The said NCDs shall be listed on Wholesale Debt Market Segment of BSE Limited.

These NCDs have been rated CARE AA- (Under Credit Watch) [Double A Minus (Under Credit Watch)] by Credit Analysis & Research Limited (CARE).

Shares of FUTURE RETAIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.105.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 102.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 672 in over 63 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 111.4 and intraday low of 101. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 70559.
