Pursuant to the circular resolution passed by the Compensation and Share Allotment Committee of Praj Industries Ltd on October 14, 2015, the Company has granted 1,10,000 Options under Praj ESOP 2011 Grant IV to its eligible employees at the rate of Rs. 81.70 per option.
