Lykis Ltd allots 968000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Lykis Ltd at its meeting held on October 13, 2015, has approved and allotted 9,68,000 Equity warrants, convertible into Equity shares, on preferential basis to Mr. Pawan Kumar Gupta, Non-Promoter Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, at the price of Rs. 40/- per equity warrant on the terms and conditions approved by the shareholders and in accordance with SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.

The Board approved the postal ballot pursuant to Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 22 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014.

Shares of Lykis Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.67.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8250 in over 39 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 71.5 and intraday low of 67.45. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 573263.
