Alphageo (India) Ltd approves issue of 830000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Alphageo (India) Ltd at its meeting held on October 13, 2015, has approved the issue of 8,30,000 Warrants at a price not less than the price determined as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009 to Promoters and Promoter Group on preferential basis ('issue') subject to the approval of Shareholders of the Company at a Extraordinary General Meeting being called for this purpose.

The Board decided the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company will be held on November 11, 2015 to seek Shareholders' approval for the above said issue and authorized Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company to handle and administer the issue of Warrants till the completion of related proceedings.

Shares of ALPHAGEO (INDIA) LTD.-$ was last trading in BSE at Rs.544.8 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 565.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 13790 in over 1093 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 589 and intraday low of 513. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7790554.
