Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd approves preferential allotment of 1.5 crore warrants

The Board of Directors of Shilpi Cable Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on October 13, 2015, have considered and approved the Preferential allotment of 1,50,00,000 convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs. 60/- each to Shilpi Cables Private Limited, a promoter group company upon receipt of 25% consideration, in terms of the resolution of shareholders passed at the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2015.

Shares of SHILPI CABLE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.64.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 67.8. The total number of shares traded during the day was 94606 in over 988 trades.
