Info Edge (India) Ltd announces exercise of 99936 ESOPs

The Info Edge Employees Stock Option Plan Trust has transferred 99936 shares of Rs. 10 each of the Company to the concerned employees following the exercise of ESOPs.

86200 shares were allotted on exercise of Stock Options under Info Edge Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 and 13736 shares, on exercise of Stock Appreciation Rights under Info Edge Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Also, 3600 Options granted earlier have been cancelled on account of separation of employee(s).
