AXIS Bank Ltd allots 68150 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 68,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on October 12, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,59,63,770 (237,79,81,885 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,61,00,070 (237,80,50,035 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
