Orient Bell Ltd allots 186850 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013

The Compensation Committee of Orient Bell Ltd has, in its meeting held on October 09, 2015, approved the further allotment of 1,86,850 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company under the 'Orient Bell Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013' ('ESOP Scheme') to the employees upon exercising of equal number of options granted and vested with them under the said scheme.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, subject to the necessary approvals of statutory bodies the paid up equity share capital of the Company will stand increase to Rs. 14,00,24,010 divided into 1,40,02,401 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of ORIENT BELL LIMITED was last trading in BSE at Rs.120.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 123.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1004 in over 59 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 123.4 and intraday low of 118. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 120492.
