Sintex Industries Ltd allots 5000 NCDs

The Committee of Board of Directors of Sintex Industries Ltd in its meeting held on October 08, 2015, has approved the allotment of 5000 - 9.41% Rated Listed, Secured, Fully Redeemable, Dematerialised Non-Convertible Debentures ("NCDs") of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- each of the aggregate nominal value of Rs. 500,00,00,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Crores Only) to Life Insurance Corporation of India P & GS Fund on private placement basis. The Company has appointed IL & FS Trust Company Limited as Debenture Trustee and necessary compliance has been made.
