Balasore Alloys Ltd calls for Committee Meeting on Oct 12, 2015

A meeting of the Committee for Preferential issue of Warrants of the Board of Directors of Balasore Alloys Ltd will be held on October 12, 2015, to allot 80,00,000 (Eighty Lacs) Convertible Warrants of Rs. 5/- each at price of Rs. 17/- including a premium of Rs. 12/- per Warrants to Jaltarang Vanijya Pvt. Ltd. a Promoter Group entity / Persons Acting in Concert ("PAC") on Preferential basis, pursuant to the authority given by the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2015.
