Oxford Industries defers issue of warrants

Oxford Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, has deferred / postponed the decision regarding issue of Convertible Warrants on "Preferential Basis" to the Directors, Person Acting in convert (PACs) and Other than Promoters of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the decision regarding of holding of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting is also deferred / postponed.
