Kwality Ltd Grants 50000 Options under Kwality Employees Stock Option Plan 2014

The Remuneration, Compensation and Nomination Committee of Kwality Ltd in its meeting held on October 08, 2015 has granted 50,000 (Fifty Thousand) Employee Stock Options under Kwality Employee Stock Option Plan 2014 to the eligible employees of the company exercisable into same number of Equity Shares subject to vesting period of 1 (One) Year from the date of Grant, exercise period of 5 (Five) Years from the date of Vesting and the exercise price of Rs. 38 per stock option.
