Nobility Estates Pvt Ltd to raise Rs. 125 crores

The Board of Directors of Nobility Estates Pvt Ltd on October 07, 2015, has approved the issuance of the unlisted Secured Optionally Convertible Debentures, aggregating upto Rs. 125 Crores, on Private placement basis ("OCD")

Further, the said issue of OCD is an issue of unlisted debentures and is secured by a change pari passu with other debt securities.
