Indusind Bank Ltd allots 43199 shares under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme

Indusind Bank Ltd has allotted 43,199 (Forty Three Thousand One Hundred Ninety Nine) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each on October 07, 2015 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's employee Stock Option Scheme.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respect.
