The Nomination, Remuneration and Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of Jubilant Industries Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated October 6, 2015 allotted 37196 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantee(s), pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the JIL Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013.

Further, please note that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stand increased to 1,18,86,600 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 11,88,66,000/-.
