Union Bank of India allots 51662281 Equity shares to Government of India on Preferential BasisConsequent to the receipt of capital funds from Government of India to the tune of Rs. 10,79,99,99,843.05, Union Bank of India has on September 30, 2015 issued and allotted 5,16,62,281 (Five Crore Sixteen Lac Sixty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Eighty One) equity shares of Rs.10/- each (Rupees Ten only) for cash at an Issue Price of Rs. 209.05 per equity share (including premium of Rs. 199.05) on preferential basis in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations, 2009.
