Idea Cellular Ltd allots 248,209 equity shares under ESOS

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated September 29, 2015 allotted 248,209 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further the Company has informed that, post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,599,610,386 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,996,103,860/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.149.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 139.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 716699 in over 6902 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 150.5 and intraday low of 140. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 105137106.
