AXIS Bank Ltd allots 87740 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 87,740 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on September 29, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,57,13,420 (237,78,56,710 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,58,88,900 {237,79,44,450 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
