Arshiya Ltd allots 10270000 Equity Shares to Promoters

The Board of Directors of Arshiya Ltd at its meeting held on September 29, 2015, allotted 1,02,70,000 equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each on preferential basis, in terms of Approval of shareholders accorded vide special resolution passed on May 12, 2014, by way of Postal Ballot and pursuant to the Scheme of the Corporate debt restructuring Scheme (including any modification re-notification) approved by the CDR Empowered Group, to the promoter Mrs. Archana A. Mittal.
