Syndicate Bank raises Rs. 1000 crores through private placement

Syndicate Bank has finalized the issue of unsecured redeemable non-convertible Basel III Compliant Tier II Bonds in the nature of debentures aggregating to Rs. 1000.00 Crore.

The coupon rate is fixed as 8.58% p.a. payable annually. The issue opened on September 24, 2015 and closed on September 28, 2015.

Shares of SYNDICATE BANK was last trading in BSE at Rs.83.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 533688 in over 3051 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 84.7 and intraday low of 80.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 44305711.
