Capital First Ltd issues Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating Rs. 50 crore

The Debenture Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of Capital First Ltd at its meeting held on September 28, 2015, has approved a issue of Listed, Rated, Redeemable, Transferable, Unsecured, Non-Convertible Subordinated Debentures (Tier II) ("NCDs") for an aggregate amount of Rs. 50 Crore (Rupees Fifty Crore only) on private placement basis.
