The Board of Directors of MSP Steel & Power Ltd at its meeting held on September 28, 2015, have allotted 6% Non-cumulative, Non-convertible Redeemable Preference Shares on preferential basis as approved by the members at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 21, 2015.
