The Info Edge Employees Stock Option Plan Trust has transferred 141268 shares of Rs.10/- each of Info Edge (India) Ltd to the concerned employees.

94108 shares were transferred on exercise of Stock Options under Info Edge Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007 and 47160 shares, on exercise of Stock Appreciation Rights under Info Edge Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007.
