Jyothy Laboratories Ltd allots 89626 Equity Shares under Jyothy Laboratories Employees Stock Options Scheme

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Jyothy Laboratories Ltd vide its Resolution dated September 16, 2015 had issued and allotted 89,626 number of Equity Shares to the eligible employees of the Company under "Jyothy Laboratories Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS 2014)".

These shares will be credited in the account of the allottees on September 24, 2015.
