KEI Industries Ltd Grants Options under "KEI Employee Stock Options Scheme-2015"

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of KEI Industries Ltd at their meeting held on September 23, 2015 has approved grant of 22,52,000 stock options to the Eligible Employees and Whole Time Directors of KEI at an exercise price of Rs. 35 (Rupees Thirty Five Only) under "KEI Employee Stock Options Scheme-2015".

The options will vest in tranches over a period of 4 years from the date of grant.

The issue of shares under "KEI Employee Stock Options Scheme-2015" was approved by the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 16, 2015.

The scheme has been designed in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014.

Shares of KEI INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.99.4 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 44299 in over 532 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 101.8 and intraday low of 98.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4430591.
