Magma Fincorp Ltd announces early redemption of 1000 Nos. Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures

The Board of Directors of Magma Fincorp Ltd at its meeting held on September 19, 2015, had approved early redemption of 1000 Nos. Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each (Series Z) (NCDs) issued to Franklin India Short Term Income Plan (formally Templeton India Short Term Income Plan). The said NCDs shall be redeemed on September 21, 2015.
