Natco Pharma Ltd allots 1600000 equity shares at Rs. 2130.55 per share

The Committee of Directors for QIP of Natco Pharma Ltd at its meeting held on September 18, 2015, approved the issue and allotment of 1600000 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) at the issue price of Rs. 2130.55 per Equity Share, aggregating to Rs. 3,408.88 millions.

Further, the Paid-up Capital of the Company increased from Rs. 33,23,48,490/- to Rs. 34,83,48,490/-.

Shares of NATCO PHARMA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2255 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2249.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7508 in over 1074 trades.
