Metkore Alloys & Industries Ltd defers preferential allotment of shares

The Annual General meeting of Metkore Alloys & Industries Ltd scheduled to be held on September 30, 2015 wherein the Board proposed the preferential allotment of 1,42,60,000 equity shares. However, presently the Board decided not to consider the above issue of 1,42,60,000 equity shares as mentioned in item no.6 & 7 in the notice dated September 04, 2015 posted to the members.
