Vama Industries Ltd allots 3 lakh shares

The Board of Directors of Vama Industries Ltd at its meeting held on September 10, 2015, inter alia has considered, approved and allotted 3,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each to Mr. V. Atchyuta Rama Raju (a promoter) upon conversion of equal number of warrants.

The Board also appointed Mr. Rohit Tibrewal as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in place of Ms. Shilpa Kotagiri.
