L&T Infra Debt Fund Ltd announces Private Placement of Rs. 25 crores

L&T Infra Debt Fund Ltd intends to issue Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs) each, amounting to Rs. 25 Crore with an option to retain over subscription of Rs. 25 Crore (Series "A" of FY 2015-16), on private placement basis.
