Venus India Asset-Finance Pvt Ltd approves NCD issue

The Board of Directors of Venus India Asset-Finance Pvt Ltd at its meeting held on September 09, 2015, has considered the matter of new/ fresh issue of Non Convertible Debentures.

The Board approved the matter of new/ fresh issue of 650 Non Convertible Debentures of Rs. 65,000,000/- (Rs. Six Crore Fifty Lacs only) and proposing the fresh issue of NCDs to the stakeholders for their approval in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
