HDFC allots 459770 equity shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

On September 08, 2015 Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has allotted 4,59,770 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exercise of stock options by certain employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 315,36,93,560 consisting of 157,68,46,780 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
