ORRIS INFRASTRUCTURE Pvt Ltd to prepay NCDs

ORRIS INFRASTRUCTURE Pvt Ltd have decided to fix to prepay in full the 20% 200 Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures on September 07, 2015 for which payment of interest along with Payment towards full Redemption to all Debentures Holders of 200 Listed Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures will be made on September 07, 2015.

Further the Company has informed that, present face value of each above said Debenture is Rs. 78,78,788/- (Rupees Seventy Eight Lakh Seventy Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty Eight Only) out of which Rs. 78,78,788/- will be redeemed per debenture and no Balance will remain on the face value of each Debenture after the above mentioned interest payment and Redemption.
