Tech Mahindra allots 224666 shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on September 04, 2015 for issue and allotment of a total of 224666 equity shares Rs. 5/- each of the Company to the applicants.

5300 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000, 37500 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006 and 9172 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2010.

116094 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 56600 equity shares, on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.

Shares of TECH MAHINDRA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.528 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 540. The total number of shares traded during the day was 173820 in over 5072 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 547.05 and intraday low of 525. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 93112574.
