Idea Cellular Ltd allots 650033 Equity Shares

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Idea Cellular Ltd has vide its circular resolution dated August 31, 2015 allotted 650,033 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Option Grantees, pursuant to the exercise of Stock Options granted under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013).

Further, the Company has informed that post the said allotment, the Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to 3,599,362,177 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 35,993,621,770/-.

Shares of IDEA CELLULAR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.149.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 155.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 122389 in over 2152 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 155.05 and intraday low of 147.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 18387571.
