AXIS Bank Ltd allots 647227 Equity Shares

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 6,47,227 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on August 31, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 475,35,07,916 (237,67,53,958 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 475,48,02,370 (237,74,01,185 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
