Praj Industries Ltd allots 4 lakh Equity Shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Praj Employee Stock Option Plan 2005, one of the option grantees has exercised 4,00,000 Stock grants equivalent to 4,00,000 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each of the Company.

Accordingly, the duly authorised Compensation & Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 4,00,000 Equity shares on August 31, 2015 at an exercise price of Rs.72.70 per Equity share to the option grantee in terms of Praj Employee Stock Option Plan 2005.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to 177,895,079 Equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of PRAJ INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.83.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 84.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69989 in over 859 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 85.75 and intraday low of 82.2. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5882251.
