Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd allots 1715 Equity Shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Nuvo Ltd has approved allotment of 1,715 (One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen) Equity Shares under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2006 (ESOS-2006) and 721 (Seven Hundred Twenty One) Equity Shares under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2013 (ESOS-2013). All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.

Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased from 130156683 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to 130159119 Fully Paid-up Equity Shares of 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 1,30,15,91,190/- (Rupees One Hundred and Thirty Crore Fifteen Lakh Ninety One Thousand One Hundred Ninety).
