Wipro Ltd Grants ADS Restricted Stock Units

Wipro Ltd has granted 10,000 (Ten Thousand) ADS Restricted Stock Units under Company's ADS Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 with grant date as September 01, 2015 to its identified employee.

The grant of above Restricted Stock Units are in line with SEBI (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999, as amended from time to time and as per the terms of the Restricted Stock Unit Plans.

These stock options shall vest as per the vesting schedule approved by the Board Governance, Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board and can be exercised over the exercise period as approved by the Committee.
