Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd approves forfeiture of 92200 shares

The Board of Directors of Chaman Lal Setia Exports Ltd at its meeting held on August 28, 2015, has accorded approval for forfeiture of 92200 Partly paid up Equity Shares on which total Rs. 6,78,562/- remained unpaid after the expiry of last date to make the payment i.e. August 24, 2015.

Shares of CHAMAN LAL SETIA EXPORTS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.186 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 183.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6835 in over 86 trades.
