Godrej Properties Ltd Updates on Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Properties Ltd, on August 28, 2015 have granted 6,218 stock grants to the Eligible Employees under the Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (GPL ESGS).

The Board also noted lapse of 26,000 stock options under Godrej Properties Limited Employee Stock Option Plan (GPL ESOP) on account of resignation of employees.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.290 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 296.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 39788 in over 1137 trades.
