Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd allots 4650 Equity Shares

The Board of Directors of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd at its meeting held on August 28, 2015 has issued and allotted 4650 new fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to the Eligible Employees on the exercise of Options granted under Employee Stock Options Scheme 2012 (ESOS -2012), at an exercise price of Rs. 10/- per share.

Pursuant to these allotments, the issued equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 41,05,58,510 to Rs. 41,06,05,010 and subscribed & paid up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 41,01,50,000 to Rs. 41,01,96,500.

The equity shares allotted as above shall, rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company and shall be entitled to such dividends and corporate benefits, if any, declared by the Company after the allotment.

Shares of MAHINDRA LIFESPACE DEVELOPERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.450.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 450.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1977 in over 124 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 465 and intraday low of 450. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 909248.
