Biocon Ltd announces exercise of ESOP Options

15450 options under Biocon Employee Stock Option Plan 2000 have been exercised by the option holders.

Accordingly, Biocon India Limited Employee Welfare Trust has transferred 15450 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each from trust to the eligible option holders.

Shares of BIOCON LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.441.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 438.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 69274 in over 3401 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 446 and intraday low of 438. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30639870.
