Bank of Maharashtra calls for Board Meeting on Sept 01, 2015 to consider preferential allotment

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Bank of Maharashtra will be held on September 01, 2015, to consider the proposal of raising of equity capital of the Bank by way of Preference Allotment to Government of India, subject to the necessary approvals/permissions.

Shares of BANK OF MAHARASHTRA was last trading in BSE at Rs.35.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 22627 in over 172 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 35.45 and intraday low of 35.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 797656.
