Religare Finvest Ltd to raise Rs. 1320 crores

Religare Finvest Ltd will open the issue of the Series LII Partly Paid Secured Rated Listed Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 10,00,000/- each for cash at par for an Issue size upto Rs. 1320 Crores on Private Placement Basis of the Company on August 31, 2015.

Shares of RELIGARE ENTERPRISES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.300 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 308.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 727 in over 44 trades.
