VA Tech Wabag Ltd allots 14202 Equity Shares

The Stakeholders Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of VA Tech Wabag Ltd, vide its resolution passed by circulation dated August 26, 2015 have allotted 14,202 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to the eligible employees under the prevailing ESOP Scheme 2010 of the Company.
