Godrej Industries Ltd announces lapse of 50000 stock grants

The Nomination and Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Godrej Industries Ltd has approved/noted the revised (extended) exercise period for 57,133 stock grants vested on May 31, 2015 till May 31, 2016 and lapse of 50,000 stock grants under Employees Stock Option Plan I.
