Yes Bank Ltd has allotted 1,02,500 (One Lakh Two Thousand Five Hundred) equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each on August 22, 2015 under the YBL ESOP and YBL JESOP V/PESOP-II Plans. The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly been increased from Rs. 4,18,34,22,350 consisting of 41,83,42,235 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 4,18,44,47,350 consisting of 41,84,44,735 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
