Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd allots 6 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Mold-Tek Technologies Ltd at its meeting held on August 19, 2015, has allotted 6,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to conversion of 6,00,000 fully convertible warrants issued on February 26, 2014, on receipt of balance 75% of purchase price.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 5,30,90,560/- divided into 53,09,056 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of MOLD-TEK TECHNOLOGIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.213 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 217.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3014 in over 90 trades.
